Rafael Nadal survived a spirited challenge from unseeded Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis in the semi-finals of the Paris Masters Series tournament yesterday. Spain's world No.2 won 4-6 6-4 6-3.
He will face Argentine David Nalbandian, who beat Richard Gasquet 6-2 6-4 in the other semi, in today's final. Nadal could emulate Andre Agassi's 1999 feat by claiming both prestige French tournaments in the same year.
