Danny Cipriani scored 19 points as Wasps racked up a fifth Premiership win in a row.
Wasps scored seven tries as Lawrence Dallaglio's men put struggling Worcester to the sword.
Warriors had a great chance to take the lead early on but Shane Drahm's penalty sailed wide and Wasps made him pay as Riki Flutey went over after a pass from Cipriani. Worcester's Matt Cox was then sin-binned and Wasps cashed in as Pat Barnard crashed over.
Wasps took further advantage when Dominic Waldouck found Cipriani who scored under the posts and then slotted the extra two points.
Worcester grabbed a try through Cox but they were stung again just after the interval by Mark Van Gisbergen's try.
Further tries from Simon Shaw - fed by Cipriani - and a solo effort from Tom Voyce put Wasps in cruise control.
Van Gisbergen also got in on the fun with his second try and, although Matt Mullen grabbed a consolation try in added time, it wasn't enough.
Dallaglio said: "Our squad is coming to the boil at just the right time and it was a professional job."
