Alan Curbishley will try again for Joe Mattock

West Ham boss Alan Curbishley is to make a second attempt to sign Leicester wonderkid Joe Mattock for £2m.

Curbishley, who failed with a £1.25m bid in January, will rival Aston Villa and Everton in a scrap to sign the England Under - 21 international defender this summer.
