MIKE COUGHLAN - chief designer of Ron Dennis' McClaren team - was yesterday accused of behaving "disgracefully" as Formula One's 'spy' scandal hit the High Court.
At a preliminary hearing in London, Ferrari launched their action against Coughlan - named as a defendant along with wife Trudy - with regard to the theft of technical information.
Trudy Coughlan has become involved in the saga that has rocked the sport as she is alleged to have taken a 780-page Ferrari document to a photocopying shop for reproduction.
Representing Ferrari, Nigel Tozzi told the court: "They behaved disgracefully."
