You dont always need to spend a lot on make-up, as long as you have a nice foundation. I love my Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation, £24. I put it on with a brush and its really light, so it doesnt look like youre wearing anything, but everything is covered up.

I have a really big bath with a Jacuzzi button and lovely vanilla candles on the shelf next to it. I use Radox Stress Relief, £1.99, in it  I looked on the back of the bottle and its proven to relieve stress.

I love Rimmel Sun Shimmer, £4.99, its a wash-off bronzer, so if you get it wrong youre OK. Ive got a store of it in my cupboard. Whack it on, rub it in, wash my hands. Its really natural and takes five minutes.

I found this stuff called Tropic Essentials at Greenwich Market (they have a website, too). They have a gorgeous Sea Salt Body Polish, £15, with loads of lemon extract. It leaves my skin lovely and soft and I smell of lemons all day.
