Teen girl crashed Kev limo

A teenage girl stole a £100,000 Bentley once owned by football star Kevin Keegan and crashed it after a high-speed police chase, a court heard.

The 17-year-old had two teens with her and drove the Continental GT at 100mph on country roads.

She finally lost control and flipped it over. Two chasing police cars crashed into each other and the third ended in a ditch.

The teens were rescued from the wrecked Bentley with minor injuries. Damage to the police cars was estimated at £30,000 after the crash in April.

Prosecutor Julia Durham told Southampton youth court said: "One officer described the scene as 'carnage'."

The driver, of Holbury, Hants, was ordered to be detained for six months.

A second 17-year-old girl was earlier given four months detention. The third occupant, a boy of 16, got a 12-month supervision order. All admitted a range of offences.
