Former BBC Radio 1 DJ Kevin Greening - who died of a drugs overdose after a reported bondage sex session - left £332,790 in his will.
Everything goes to his ex-boyfriend Andy Lowe, who was living with him in Islington, North London, when he died last December.
At the time a civil servant was arrested on suspicion of murder and drugs offences, but the investigation was soon dropped.
Greening, 44, co-hosted the breakfast show on Radio 1 with Zoe Ball from 1997 to 1998.
