Cherie Blair has fallen victim to the British Airways baggage fiasco.
The bungling airline lost luggage belonging to the former PM's wife when she flew out of Heathrow to the Middle East last Sunday.
Mrs Blair, 53 - who was visiting a centre for disabled athletes in Doha, in the Gulf state of Qatar - is the latest high-profile customer to have her bag go missing.
Two weeks ago the Sunday Mirror revealed how the airline paid £10,000 to supermodel Kate Model after losing eight of her bags following the disastrous opening of Heathrow's Terminal 5 last month.
In Mrs Blair's case BA managed to reunite her with her suitcase the following day.
Airline bosses will be highly embarrassed by the loss - particularly because Mrs Blair left from Terminal 4 rather than Terminal 5, where the airline has lost 20,000 bags.
Mrs Blair's spokeswoman said: "She just thought it was one of those things."
